Our meats are premium angus beef and are dry aged for superior flavor. We primarily market grain finished meats, but grass fed options are available at request. Meat is available from individual packages to whole animals.
Our beef is all home raised and backed by generations of high-quality carcass genetics. We use the top sires in the nation, with focus on tenderness and marbling traits. Our beef is also dry aged which adds a rich, buttery taste.
We feed our beef for 140 to 160 days on a corn/hay ration. Paired with our genetics, this yields top shelf, highly marbled, and tender beef that is sure to provide a high-end eating experience.
We have a variety of buying options from a package of steaks to a whole beef. All of our different cuts are priced by the pound and for sale at the Weston County farmer market, or by contacting us at (307) 949-0745. We also offer quarters, halves, and whole beef upon request at a discounted price and with delivery within the area.
